Have used “OneStop” for about 4 years now. They have clear pricing and provide a fast, friendly and efficient service. We have used them to Service our Gas boiler(s), Run new gas pipe to a gas fire, replace corroded external pipework, plumb and fit gas Hob in our new kitchen and for the odd emergency call out. We would not even consider using any other company. We would wait for Jason and his team. As you can see … We are (and continue) to be very impressed by their consistent level of service. Serviced our boiler and they were punctual, friendly and informative. We then invited them back to relocate the boiler flue. Darren the engineer was also punctual, friendly and informative. The job turned out to take twice as long as they had expected but Darren completed it with patience and good humour and they honoured the existing quote. Thoroughly recommend.

Used this company for a number of jobs very recently for myself and family. Work has been excellent across the board, very reliable as they always arrive on time and tidy up. I will definitely use them again and more than happy to recommend to them to friends and family.

My second time using this company. Darren was the fitter. As before arrived on time, extremely pleasant, told us to relax and he would sort everything. And he did! Cleaned up afterwards. Very happy with this firm.

Great service from start to finish. From my initial enquiry the customer service with Jason was brilliant. Quick responses, flexible for appointments and fast follow up on visits. We had originally booked to check a leak in a boiler of a property we just bought. Turns out it was a bigger job than we thought but, the team were very informative and gave us a number of options to choose from. We chose to go for a complete new boiler which was fitted in no time by Darren. Again follow up to this with paperwork and guarantees was seamless. Would highly recommend and will certainly use again when needed.

Had a radiator removed & replaced. Excellent service & care of our home. Engineer was very informative and helped with any needs we had. Went out of his way to solve any issues and ensure job was completed to the highest standard. Fully happy with service and would definately use them again. Would definate recommend
